I. Cancellations

Under no circumstances will the guest’s $200 security deposit be refunded.

If the entire amount due is not received within 60 days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date, as detailed in the rental agreement, the guest’s reservation will be cancelled and management will place the time block on the market for rent.

Guest cancellations occurring prior to 60 days of the guest’s scheduled arrival date but after payment-in-full has been rendered will be refunded the entire paid amount, less the $200 non-refundable security deposit and less a 3% fee for credit card fees incurred.

Guest cancellations occurring within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date will not automatically be entitled to a refund, although a 50% refund on the total paid amount will be issued if management is able to rent the guest’s cancelled time block in its entirety.

II. Date Changes

Management will attempt to accommodate, based on availability, guest’s date change requests. There is no guarantee that a date change will be possible. When possible, a guest is permitted no more than one date change per reservation.

III. Early Departures

No refunds (partial or otherwise) will be offered for departures prior to the guest’s scheduled departure date.

IV. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

V. Pets

Pets are absolutely prohibited.
